Also, I feel like I’ve been worrying so much about my anxiety (because exposure therapy is what I’m dealing with right now), that I forgot all about my depression.
Job interview went pretty well on Friday. They called my references and that went well too. I’m scared and nervous and I don’t want to work because of my crippling anxiety and I just want to cry.
